Buusca Calcicare Cat presents a complete formula that combines the action of Calcium with Vitamin D, Folic Acid and FOS, specially developed for growing cats and females at the end of pregnancy and lactation.

Features:

• When to recommend: Supplementation for animals with homemade or calcium-deficient diet; During the last days of pregnancy and during lactation, supplementation for females; Maintenance of healthy bones and teeth in animals with calcium-deficient diet; Recovery from fractures and surgeries; Animals without teeth and after dental extractions.

• Proper intake of calcium ensures healthy development of bones and teeth (especially important in animals with homemade diet). Calcium is also an important mineral for hormonal regulation, the nervous system and cognitive function, muscle functioning, production of digestive enzymes, and blood clotting.

• Just like in humans, vitamin D is extremely important in ensuring the absorption and fixation of calcium and phosphorous in bones. There is also evidence that supplementing food with vitamin D decreases the risk of osteoporosis, particularly in animals that do not get sun exposure or in recovery from fractures and surgeries.
