1. Clean and dry the skin before use, ensuring the blister area is free from creams or oils. 2. Remove the top paper, then the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side. 3. Place the plaster firmly on the blister, ensuring it adheres correctly to the skin. 4. Leave the plaster in place until it naturally comes off. (Note: the plaster may stay in place for several days). 5. To remove the plaster: do not pull upwards but pull the plaster parallel to the skin.
