1. Remove the plastic support and check the marking indicating the left (L) or right (R) insole.

2. Place the adhesive side of the insole facing down at the front of the shoe, making sure that the raised area starts at the beginning of the shoe slope (i.e. under the ball of the foot).

3. Re-position as necessary.

4. Replace the product after 6 months or at the first sign of wear.

To clean, use wipes or a damp cloth. Do not soak or machine wash.
