• First, with your hand, check if the big toe still moves to the sides. If this is not the case, do not use this product.
• The orthosis can be thermoformed on both the right and left foot. Follow the instructions provided in the thermoforming information leaflet. The corrective night orthosis can be thermoformed several times.
• Pass the forefoot through the large strap. Then insert the big toe into the small sock.
• Make sure that the white guide is situated at the level of the "bunion" (see figure in the thermoforming information leaflet provided).
• It is recommended that, during the first 3 uses, the orthosis should only be used for 2 hours.
• In subsequent uses, use the orthosis for the entire night. Joint pains may occur during the first uses. If joint pains persist for more than 7 nights, consult your podiatrist.
• After 1 month of using the orthosis and in the absence of pain, a second thermoforming can be done to increase the correction (see thermoforming information leaflet provided). The desired correction will then be achieved without the separator, but by pulling the big toe sideways.
