1. Wash your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based solution;

2. Open the mask and carefully pull the elastic straps with both hands;

3. Hold the mask against the chin to cover the nose and mouth completely;

4. Adjust the elastic straps around the ears;

5. Use both hands to adjust the shape of the nose clip in front of the nose;
