Adults and teenagers over 12 years old: Spray 2 times in each nostril, blow your nose and repeat the application. Children from 6 to 12 years old: Spray 1 time in each nostril, blow your nose and repeat the application. After each use, rinse the nebulizer spray under hot running water.
