Grintuss Adult 20 Tablets

Grintuss is a medical device based on honey and molecular complexes that has a protective and consequently alleviating action on the upper respiratory tract. It acts on dry cough by fighting mucosal irritation and productive cough by promoting the hydration and elimination of mucus.
