1- Wash your hands thoroughly. 2- Wash all necessary utensils (bottle, nipple and nipple cover, cup and spoon). Sterilize the bottle, nipple and nipple cover together. 3- Boil water and let it cool down to around 45%C. Pour the appropriate amount into the bottle. 4- Add the recommended number of level scoops as per the dosage table. 5- Close the bottle and shake it well until the powder is fully dissolved. 6- Before feeding your baby, make sure the milk is at the right temperature. 7- Consume immediately after preparing the bottle. Do not keep any leftovers from the feeding.
