The AirFree™ valve was designed to help your baby swallow less air. The nipple remains full of milk even when in a horizontal position for vertical feeding. Reducing the amount of air a baby ingests can help simplify common feeding issues such as colic, gas, and reflux.

• Compatible range from breastfeeding to cup. We have developed our range of bottles so that it is easy to mix and match upper and lower parts. This way, you can easily progress from bottle to learning cup, to bottle with nipple, with fewer pieces.

• As the baby grows, their drinking needs change. Choose a nipple with a suitable flow for their development. Philips Avent and Classic+ anti-colic bottles can be used with or without the AirFree™ valve, but should only be used with Philips Avent and Classic+ anti-colic nipples.

• You can use your Philips Avent anti-colic bottle with or without the AirFree™ valve. The AirFree™ valve is compatible with our Philips Avent and Classic+ anti-colic bottles in 125 ml, 260 ml, and 330 ml sizes.

• The nipple remains full of milk even when the bottle is horizontal, allowing the baby to drink in a more natural, vertical position. This can help reduce reflux, aid digestion, and make feeding more comfortable for you and your baby.

• Our unique AirFree™ valve removes air from the nipple, allowing the baby to swallow less air while feeding. This can help reduce common feeding issues such as colic, reflux, and gas.

• Clinical studies have shown that the Philips Avent bottle reduces colic and fussiness*. How? A valve in the nipple prevents vacuum buildup while the baby feeds, allowing for uninterrupted feeding. This can help reduce colic, gas, spit-up, and burping.

• To start, fill the bottle with milk, place the AirFree™ valve on the rim, and screw on the nipple. Tilt the bottle downwards once to fill the nipple and you're ready to go. During feeding, make sure the AirFree™ valve stays on the top. The nipple stays full of milk even when horizontal, for easier vertical feeding.

• The AirFree™ valve can be easily assembled on any Philips Avent and Classic+ anti-colic bottle. Cleaning is also extremely easy thanks to the wide bottle neck and few parts that require cleaning.

• The shape of the nipple allows for a secure grip and the textured design helps prevent nipple collapse for uninterrupted and comfortable feeding.
