1. Apply in the center of the face towards the chin, massaging from the inside out.

2. Apply a small amount on the forehead and spread from bottom to top.

3. Apply to desired areas at least 30 minutes before sun exposure. Apply frequently and in adequate amounts. Limit sun exposure time and avoid peak hours of sunlight.
