Once bleeding has stopped, clean and disinfect the wound and surrounding area with an antiseptic solution. Dry with sterile gauze to enhance the strips' adhesion.Open the bag in aseptic conditions. If the strips are cut, the scissors must be sterilized or disinfected with alcohol.Apply 2 strips on each side of the wound, parallel to it.Apply a third strip perpendicular to one of the wound edges and, gently pulling it, adhere to the opposite edge to ensure the wound edges are approximated without overlapping them.Apply the following strips in the same way until the wound is completely closed.Finish application by placing two strips in a cross to reinforce the closure.
