Dr. Scholl Gelactiv High Heel Insoles feature a soft gel with arch support, perfect for all-day wear.

Insoles for heels up to 5.5 cm, with adjustable size (35-40.5) and reusable.

Designed to absorb impact (especially on hard surfaces) and help reduce the discomfort of standing for long periods of time.

They have excellent grip on the bottom and do not slip once placed in the shoe.

Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry.

Check the markings indicating the left and right insole and place them in the correct shoe with the adhesive side facing down.

Align the heel area of the insole with the back of the shoe.

Replace the product after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.

To remove the insole, gently pull it out of the shoe.

Cleaning: use a damp cloth with warm water and soap.
