Aptamil AR 1 is a specially formulated milk for babies with frequent regurgitation and/or gastric reflux.

Its consistency and texture are thicker to combat excessive regurgitation.

These movements of the gastrointestinal system, which are unpleasant for babies, typically occur due to an immature digestive system and tend to improve with time.

Especially formulated with a natural thickening agent, carob bean gum (LBG), which increases the viscosity of the milk (by absorbing water) and promotes retention of the food in the stomach. It is specifically designed for the nutritional management of reflux and regurgitation.
