Always wash your hands carefully before preparing the bottle.
Wash and sterilize the bottle, nipple, and all utensils to be used.
Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and let it cool to 40ºC, or warm bottled mineral water with low mineral content to 40ºC.
First pour the required amount of boiled water into the bottle or cup.
Using only the measuring spoon included in the can, add the correct number of powder spoons, smoothing the spoon with a clean, dry knife; do not pack the powder.
Cover the bottle using the rigid plastic cap, shake well until all the powder is completely dissolved and without lumps, or stir the contents of the powder in the cup very well until completely dissolved.
Remove the cap and place a sterilized nipple on the bottle.
Let it cool until it reaches lukewarm temperature (37ºC).
Test the temperature by dripping a few drops on your wrist.
Immediately give the prepared milk to your child.
Dispose of any remaining milk.
